No no, not at all. You're all clean, Ms. Kates. But I remember once checking out an applicant who had a wife and kids in Connecticut, and New York. Interesting to say the least.

Fortunately that wasn't my place. But it's all about safety and security, from looking into your dog walker to your assistants.

I tend to prefer it that way too, it's a small favor that they love you for. Except when the snows, you hope they don't get lost under it.

I feel bad for the dogs that people dress up when it gets cold. I understand you think they're going to get cold, but 4 coats and ugg boots just look ridiculous on them.

If only they could speak. Some are likely to be full of complaints and demands. Mine probably wish they got more rides in the car.

You actually drive in this city?

Not too often, usually just to drive out of it upstate or wherever. It's a miracle to even own a garage, let alone a functioning car.

It's a complete rarity, I'm shocked. But must be nice sometimes, an escape at the the tip of your fingers.
