Elettra Malvolia Pandolf was born in Camp Darby, Italy (located between Pisa and Livorno). Since she spent most of her chlldhood living on military bases across the European continent, her toddler years were spent quite differently compared to those her age. While normal children would attend school, Elettra spent most of her time watching the men and women of the U.S military train and drill. Since the Pandolf family moved quite to frequently around the globe, there was never time to enroll the children in school. Therefore, all the Pandolf children were home-schooled till the family moved to the U.S.
When Elettra was 12, the Pandolf family decided it was time to have a "stable" household. Bartolo Pandolf brought his family to Los Angles, California where he remained with them for a year before returning oversea. The rest of the family remained in California and learned to live average lives. The children were finally enrolled in a public school where they learned how to act like normal teenagers.
During her high school career, Elettra was known for many things. On paper she appeared as an intelligent, advanced student. In the classroom, she was an avid learner. Out on the court, she was an aggressive, hard-working basketball player. One of her greatest achievements was constantly being on honor roll throughout her high school career. But when she wasn't studying her brains out or playing on the court, she would be smoking the night away. Elettra was very good at hiding it as well. Whenever she was out, her parents assumed she was either studying or playing basketball. She never fully let go of smoking until she was enlisted in the military. She refuses to admit to anyone that she was a huge pothead during her time as a high school student.
Elettra never thought about joining the military until she actually started thinking about her future. When Elettra was a little girl she never imagined being a soldier. Growing up she always thought she would do something different. She never thought she was capable of holding the title soldier. But when the time came to decide, she realized there wasn't much out there that appealed to her. With time and research, Elettra made the decision to join the army right after high school. She did basic training the summer right after her graduation. After a year of doing miitary work abroad, Elettra came back to the Staes and enrolled in the University of California Los Angles majoring in mechanical engineering.
