5 THINGS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT ME:
WHY THE CITY LIFE?
I'm a city girl, through and through. I love the thrill of not knowing what's going to happen next. In LA, there's always events going on..a fashion show, a premiere, a preview showing, the opening of a new restaurant.. I mean there's ALWAYS something to go see or do. I love being in a huge city with so many people around you. You almost blend in but you have the chance to stand out. I don't know man. It's just..I've always pictured myself in some big city and here I am and I can't even describe the feeling to you. It's incredible. The city life is always exciting and new and fresh. It's just something about the city that you can't get outside of here. It's something you just kind of have to experience.
DESCRIBE THE PEOPLE/FEEL OF YOUR BUILDING/NEIGHBORHOOD.
At the moment, I'm living with another girl from my class in a small 2 room apartment. We just moved in three weeks ago, so we haven't exactly had the chance to meet the people around us. It's centrally located near the shopping district and restaurants and the studio where I dance at. The building itself is lovely though. We're on a high floor so we get an excellent view of the city. We've only met a couple of the people on our floor, and so far, they've been really welcoming to us!
WHAT CHANGES HAVE YOU MADE IN THE PAST 5 YEARS?
Five years ago, I was sixteen years old. I was still living in Florida, and I was sophomore in high school. I used to be extremely shy, closed off and not really in tune with my body or sensuality. I didn't become confident in myself until I really discovered myself through dance. Dance sort of helped me grow up, in a way, and become sensual through the dance. I used to be very un-girly looking, and just plain thin. Now, I'm curvy and comfortable wearing really whatever. I've grown more confident, outspoken, and I'm definitely a bit ballsy, as my mom thinks so. I don't know, really. I'm just Cecily Westmor. The girl next door turned hot? You'd have to ask my friends about this one!
HOW CAN SOMEONE TELL IF YOU'RE LYING OR GUILTY?
You'd have to ask my mom on this one. I usually twirl my hair or bite my lip. I just never lie though. I say what's on my mind..to everyone and fucking anyone. It doesn't really matter who it is.
DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONAL MORALS:
The biggest one for me, personally, is to have self-respect. If you can't respect yourself, your body or your personal beliefs, how can you expect someone else to respect you? I think that's something that girls - women, mainly have an issue with. We can never be truly happy with ourselves, but finally, I've found that self-respect. Another big one for me is, being honest and trust-worthy with those around me. In dance, I'm so often paired with guys and you have to have complete trust in them that they won't injure you. You have to be totally connected with me or the partnership will completely fail.
HOW MIGHT SOMEONE ATTRACT YOUR ATTENTION?
I definitely look at smiles first. Tattoos are always always always a plus. I want someone who can keep me entertained and make me laugh. Nothing is more attractive than someone who can basically laugh at themselves. I think I also look for someone who genuinely cares about me. The past relationships I've had, they were just in it for the sex. That's great and all, but come on, I want someone I can have a legit conversation with!
ONE LOVES OR MANY LOVES? WHY?
At the moment, many loves. I haven't had all that much luck with relationships in the past, and I've kinda told myself just to go for the one-night-stand kind of thing. I'd love to meet someone I can just fall in love with and have a serious relationship with. I am only twenty years old. I know I'm not going to find the one I'm going to marry now. But a serious relationship would definitely be something I'm interested in. I just need to find the right guy, you know?
A FAVORITE KIND OF KISS?
Nothing gets me like early morning kisses or forehead kisses. But let's face it, any kind of kiss is amazing.
WOULD YOU RATHER RELIVE YOUR GREATEST MOMENT OR REDO YOUR WORST MISTAKE? EXPLAIN.
The past is in the past for a reason. When you make a mistake, you generally learn from it and move on. Mistakes are made to teach us lessons; we are taught not to repeat those mistakes, you know? Why repeat something that made you learn a lesson when you can just go ahead and learn from them and move on? Life is meant to teach us lessons every day. I wouldn't wanna repeat anything I regretted or even anything that made me proud. Life is filled with ups and down, and I want to live every day to the fullest and not be dwelling on the past mistakes or achievements.

"I am from a very very very mixed background. My father is French, and my mother is Hispanic. I have a lot of Latin flair mixed in with some French accents. Our family is huge, tight-knit and very protective. We're outgoing, loud and really opinionated. I get the outspoken, artsy side from my mama, and the cooking, soft-hearted side from my father. Family gatherings are always fun because there's so many cousins, and aunts and uncles and babies and everything. The whole Vargas-Marcs clan is very very huge. We have about 50 total people in our family from both sides. Family holidays are always fun, two Christmases, two Thanksgivings..the whole shabang. It's just a very caring, very close family. They might get so loud at some points, but come on. Who doesn't love family?
Well, to start off with, Leo and Eliana met in their high school years. They remained high school sweethearts throughout college and after, and got married right after graduating college. Mom went off to Julliard to study dance, and Dad followed her out to New York to culinary school. They found an apartment and began their little family. The first one to come around was Juliana, and after they graduated college, they moved back down to Florida to have myself and Arden, and to raise our family in a more family-friendly neighborhood. Because of my mother's strong Hispanic background, we all have some sort of Hispanic name name - whether it be our middle name or first name. Cecily is a name my mother had always loved, and Galiana is my grandmother's name. My older sister, Juliana, gained her name from my grandfather, his name being Julian. And as far as Arden goes, I have no idea. We just kind of always have to have some sort of Latina flair, you know? It brings both sides of our ethnicity's to the fore-front, and honestly, it makes us all feel a little bit more united that way.
During the first few years of my life, my mother had owned and operated her own dance studio. It was there that I first gained my love and respect of the art. I began with ballet, and then added jazz, tap, contemporary and just two years ago, I began with hip-hop. I learned everything I needed to know from my mother. She was one of the lucky few who even got to learn under the instruction of Mikhail Baryshnikov, the world famous Dancer. She learned everything from him, and then taught me everything I know. I've sort of got my own style. It's a mix of contemporary-jazz meets hip hop. I like showing the Latina flair through my dance, and I've even picked up the tango here and there just from being around the dance studio so often. In my school days, however, I didn't quite shine like my siblings do. I struggled heavily with math and science, but excelled in the creative subjects..like art, and Literature. I have been diagnosed with ADHD, and an anxiety disorder; they played a huge part in test-taking and focusing..you know the usual? I've accepted the disabilities I have, but I haven't really had the guts to tell anyone - except the ones I'm closest to.
After graduation from Clearwater High School, I moved out to Los Angeles. I auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance in 2010. I made it in the Top 20, but after an injury to my knee, I had to wtihdraw from the competition. I survived the injury and got back up on my feet. I've been going out for different companies, and got asked to do some things on Broadway, and I plan on re-auditioning for SYTYCD next Winter. For the meantime, I will be working at my Mother's dance studio. Excelling and preparing for auditions, and teaching classes. I'm also planning on heading to New York soon to do some Broadway work, and maybe..hopefully find love and date somewhere in between all the craziness.
